我们为什么会做梦?沉睡大脑的谜题
Every night, as we fall asleep, our brains begin to create strange and vivid stories. We might fly over cities, talk to people we have never met, or relive an old memory. For thousands of years, humans have wondered what dreams really mean.

Modern scientists cannot fully explain dreams, but they have found some important clues. Most vivid dreaming happens during a stage of sleep called REM, when the eyes move quickly and the brain is almost as active as when we are awake.
